Hi there! Thank you for visiting my page. I would like to tell you a little about myself and my career goals. I've been selling homes in North Idaho since 1999. Throughout the years I've become friends with and assisted with real estate needs for more than 200 families earning top producing ranks for sales production.
When relocating to this area, the natural beauty of the Coeur d'Alene area quickly drew my family in. I think it was being surrounded by amazing mountains and lakes that you instantly feel as though you've walked into a post card photo. Having grown up in a small town in Western Montana, my husband and I were looking for an area we could spend time away from the city without driving several hours to get there.
We decided to try out Coeur d' Alene and instantly fell "hook, line and sinker". It was fifteen minutes to everything, Work, Shopping, Restaurants, Camping, Fishing, you name it. It's also only 45 minutes to a national airport, quickly linking us to the rest of the world. We have a ten year old son and a newborn daughter and have found this area to be the best place to raise a family.
I have so much fun with my job! I get to meet new people and have made lasting friendships with so many wonderful folks! I am familiar with Rural Property and Acreage Parcels, Downtown Areas, New Construction and local Builders and Investment Properties. I have a very positive attitude and maintain a strong relationship with my associate Realtors® to ensure that my listings are a pleasure to sell.
I am currently raising money for a non-profit organization called "The Carole Sund-Carrington Foundation". This foundation has been established to provide resources to families without economic means to offer rewards for information to help law enforcement officials locate missing loved ones and to bring violent criminals to justice.
